Come as you are.

This is your sacred invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the One who made you.

Rooted in Christ, The Purposeful Pause Retreat is a deeply nourishing experience designed for women of impact who long to slow down, be restored, and return to their lives more whole. Held in a stunning private estate in Scottsdale, this retreat is equal parts soul-care, rest, and sacred renewal.

You’ll experience powerful, Spirit-led teaching, meaningful connection, and beautifully prepared organic meals shared in community. Each day includes intentional movement through yoga and nature, sunset hikes, embodied practices, and space to feel fully alive in your body again.

This retreat includes…

This is more than a getaway.
It’s an encounter with God in the pause, a return to the woman
He created you to be.

Leave Restored & Realigned. Leave Ready.

I need this!

This retreat is for you if…

  • You’re the one others turn to for wisdom, support, and strength, but deep down, your soul is craving rest.

  • You love God and love people, but lately life feels more full than fulfilling.

  • You sense Him whispering, “Slow down with Me,” but you’re not sure how to step out of your rhythm and into His.

  • You long for a space where you don’t have to lead, fix, or perform, where you can simply be.

  • Sam spent years climbing the corporate ladder, achieving success by all the world’s standards- but underneath the accomplishments, her soul longed for something deeper. In the tension between performance and purpose, God met her- reminding her who she truly was and gently calling her back to a life led from the inside out.

Grounding leadership and compassionate truth-telling are hallmarks of Sam’s work, because she believes that when women lead from their God-given identity, they create impact that is both powerful and eternal.

Meet the Prodi-Gals

  • Although Brooke was raised in the Jewish faith, she found herself as a young adult living a life far from God. In her most broken of places, living a life in shambles, she found herself in a church where the Lord met her, found her and rescued her.

Original design and holistic integration are two hallmarks of her teaching because Brooke believes that when people know better, especially about themselves, they can’t help but to be better.

“The world may reward hustle, but the Kingdom moves at the pace of presence. When we choose to pause, breathe, and listen, God does the deep work no amount of effort could ever accomplish.”
